On August 20, 2013, the Division of Water Resources approved this temporary loan of water from Stagecoach Reservoir to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (via CWT) for use in Colorado’s Instream Flow Program. This water will be legally protected instream any time it helps fill the CWCB’s existing, decreed instream flow on the Yampa River.
