The Division of Water Resources approved this temporary loan of water from the Bunte Highline Ditch to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (via the Water Trust) for use in Colorado’s Instream Flow Program. These water rights will be legally protected instream any time they help fill the CWCB’s existing, decreed instream flows on the Colorado River.
