In June 2013, the Division of Water Resources approved this temporary loan of water from Winter Park Ranch Water and Sanitation District to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (via CWT) for use in Colorado’s Instream Flow Program. These water rights will be legally protected instream any time they help fill the CWCB’s existing, decreed instream flows on St. Louis Creek or the Fraser River.
