The Telluride Times (April 21, 2026)—Colorado Water Trust, San Miguel Watershed Coalition, Telluride Foundation, and Colorado West Land Trust invite community members to their upcoming event on Monday, April 27, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at The Livery in Norwood.
As water scarcity continues to shape life across Colorado, this event will highlight innovative, voluntary water-sharing solutions that help keep water in rivers while sustaining working lands and agricultural livelihoods. Learn how Colorado Water Trust partners with ranchers and local communities to protect both water resources and water rights—benefiting ecosystems, agriculture, and economies.
Community members, producers, stakeholders and anyone interested in the future of Colorado’s water are encouraged to attend. Whether you’re directly involved in agriculture or simply care about the health of our rivers and rural communities, this conversation offers a chance to connect, learn, and collaborate.
This is a free community event, and dinner will be catered by Dawson BBQ.
